First real attempt at growing these & I'm quite pleased with 4 half decent cobs from 6 plants.

Poor pollination ,can pollinate corn by hand. Small but will taste wonderful. Need to pick when liquid in kernel looks like watered down milk & cook within 4 hours of picking. Chill immediately in cold water after picking. We remove silk and roast in husks for 15 min. Over coals . Best tasting you will ever have
