The #newgrowth is finally starting to variegate #houseplant

Ain’t she perdy, lots of new growth but not too much white yet. If you want them to stay whits , keep it in the shade 😊 Sunlight turns the wh, yellow ☹️

Waiting for some new bright white in this beauty now that it’s back in the shade. Direct sunlight makes the white look yellow ish. 😊

So pretty and great for a #foliagefriday the white is so bright. I couldn’t sell this one. It’s a picture from last summer, it’s too dark now

@docthrill I was gifted one of these but it’s variegation is not as good as yours. It’s also kind of leggy. How much light does yours get?

I keep mine in the shade @cheriej the dwarf species tend not to be as bright white. This one is not a dwarf

This umbrella tree was in bad shape when I bought it from the grocery stores. Got a discount and it’s snapped back from ugly. Beautiful and a favorite 🤩

I have a cutting of this one rooting in water now. I hope it does well in soil when the roots start growing.

It will be interesting to follow the progress.

@cindi47 put it over a tray of water with pea gravel in it to keep the pot out of the water it should keep the humidity high enough to help
