Hydrangea quercifolia

Help 😯have my Oakleaf hydrangea got some fungal disease??Would appreciate advised please,it got some sort of reddish powder all over it too.😢

use cultural controls. remove leaves, do not over head water. ect hard to get rid of because disease comes from another plant
