Lampranthus blandus 'Schwantes'

 

Pink Vygie

Lampranthus blandus will reach up to 60 cm tall when planted in a garden. In containers, they may only reach 45 cm. The gray-green leaves are equally 3-sided with translucent dots. It is a free bloomer, if given lots of sun and heat in the summer. The plant can literally be covered in pale pink flowers all summer long. It spreads well and is easily managed. Ideal for coastal areas.
