If planted in shade, the foliage will be more pronounced than if they are in full sun. 'Kira Tundra' is a compact, mound-forming, semi-evergreen perennial. It bears ruffled , rounded leaves that are red when they first emerge, and turn coppery and then, by Summer, are yellow-green.
