Lilac Bells in the GardenTags plant encyclopedia

Campanula zanzegura syn. Symphyandra zanzegura

Lilac Bells

Broadly flared bells in a dainty shade of lilac hang from delicate branching, dark leafy stems. With dainty recurving petals, this lovely plant blooms all summer-long. Symphyandras love bright to part shade and rich soil. Ideal for edging or in a mixed container. A short-lived perennial or biennial, this will self-seed where happy without becoming annoying or weedy. Sometimes classified as Campanula zangezura.
