Good job I’ve got lots of #trachycarpus-fortunei as they’re bulletproof too

Oops a daisy I acquired another #trachycarpus-fortunei from my local tropical friend who is turning his garden more into an arid garden from a jungly palm garden. The root ball on this one was a whopper and Mr vec is still cursing me 😁😁😁🌴

Wow. @vec. Can you help please. When do I start watering me Cannas. They are in the shed and slightly damp. Do I cut everything back and feed or leave them. 🙏🏻

I potted mine up last week, gave them a bit of water as they were dry and have them in the shed still Sue. Hoping they show signs of life soon @suerichards

I'd bring them indoors onto a warm bright windowsill and water when they're dry. Cut back all old growth. When I buy tubers, this is the time of year I start them off @suerichards

Poor Mr Vec. He has my sympathy. Pour him a Pina Colada under the palm and he will forgive you 🍹
