Should I cut this down and hope for new growth. Been had by the frost. Cheers

I would cut it right back, feed it and give it some protection/warmth Gilbert @twin-dragons .......fingers crossed for new growth :)

They do need cutting back hard in spring but ideally should be kept inside over winter as not really hardy here . only H1 - conservatory - H 3 tender in frost , so I would leave it alone till it's warmer and maybe bring it in for some tlc? They come back from the base so fingers crossed 🤞
