Stunning photo Teresa 👌😯
Ooh that’s nice 💜💜
Found this one in the greenhouse. Had got this far without watering @ublaszko
That sounds promising 👍 Will see if I can keep mine without watering for now, at least until they have developed a set of leaves or two.
This is from a cutting! Parent has a bud but not flowering yet
Beautiful 💕 💕 💕 💕 💕
In a 5litre pot with roots visible at the bottom now. Might take a couple more cuttings before moving it to a bigger pot in the greenhouse #dahlia
Both cuttings have rooted so repotted in multi-purpose mixed with grit and a little rootgrow mycorrhizal fungi added
Still can't bring myself to take a cutting from this. May have to pot in on soon as roots are starting to appear through the drainage holes in the tray
Guess I could try taking a cutting from this soon
I like that. Always imagined you had to plant them quite deep for them to grow?! That one is sprouting an laid on surface @trees.p
@johnst they can rot if they get too wet. This way is good for taking cuttings and the tuber can be potted up later
I've ordered this one as well it looks stunning 😍😍😍
Me too @hut123456789 , I saw another user growing this last year and it looked amazing.
First signs of life
Leaving in the bottom of the airing cupboard. Hopefully to take cuttings in due course 🌿
