Aww, how cute of her. This is so pretty. I have a sensitive plant seedling. Hoping!

@columbiariver they are pretty low maintenance, they like to sprawl. Mine is growing along side a vitex tree. The lower tree limbs help support it as it grows upwards... It loves it 🥰

Sounds like these get pretty big outside in FL.💚 I wish mine had that kind of future. But I think it's destined to be a houseplant, going outside in summer. Thank you Theresa @treefrog44

@columbiariver I did have one in a pot, definitely stays smaller 😉 Good luck 🍀 with yours, they are a fun plant, look out for the thorns tho 🥺

Great pic @treefrog44 what's your process of growing these as they tend not to look great for long?

4w
comment
treefrog44

In the end of summer I trim them back, they kinda get leggy and rambly...our growing season is so long, I usually get new growth to help them fill back out @tinaaune

I have seen these not blooming, now that they have a name I recognize it. As a child I thought it was cool that they closed when you touched them!🤗
