Its a pretty one -too bad they die off fir you. Have you tried the Morden chrysanthemums. They’ve been developed in Manitoba and are very hardy to zone 3. Also Baby Tears is a nice hardy one. I had one for years and then we had a very wet year and it drowned out.
Beautiful👌. I’m just not sure that this is Cabbage white, Large white (Pieris brassicae). The black spot on the apex of the front wings is too short. This looks more like Small white (Pieris rapae), very close relative of Large white. Just a few days ago I tried to identify one White on my photo, so I dealt with it deeper and now I look like I understand it 😇. But doesn’t matter. It’s beautiful anyway😉
After further review @bensgarden cabbage butterfly refers to both the small and large, the large is not present in the U.S. so I will refer to this also as the #smallcabbagewhite or #smallcabbagewhitebutterfly #pierisrapae 👍✌🐛
