A lot of the modern cultivars of Mother-in-laws Tongue are more compact. I don't remember the last time I saw the familiar old tall sort. The one I have is even shorter than yours.
I am liking the shorter type 👍

@thomasrat3 I had a tall one round my other house. It flowered all the time. Didn't like the move and died 😪😪😪
