It's two plants potted together. My first experiment with that.

Hi Taylor, welcome to GTags, the front pink variegated plant looks like Dieffenbachia pink (dumb cane plant) and the back palmy looking one is Dracena marginata (variegated Madagascan dragon tree) 👍🏻🌱👍🏻

the pink one is aglaonema or Chinese Evergreen.
