It was a young one too. Its disappointing when they don't make it thru winter, but my garden is mostly trial and error. We had snow and freezes far too long, took several plants. Sorry yours didn't make it either Jeff. @jeatacake

Me too. There's a few absentees around the garden now that everything else is growing away well. If I get another one of these, I'll keep it in a pot so it can go in the greenhouse over winter, until it gets big. @columbiariver

Yeah its funny i thought ppl hash tag plantid meaning not in the encyclopedia feel a bit dumb now lol. Very contentious post. Just gotta google some info cuz the tag didnt hav much on it not even full botanical name then i will add the encyclopedia link
