This smells AMAZING!!! Need to put some more guide wire up to try and get it to grow up the pole so that's a job for this week!
My honeysuckle is going yellow. Can't figure out if I'm watering it too little or too much!?! I read somewhere that they often wilt if not watered enough - this is right near the Waterbutt so maybe I'm watering it too much (though the water butt is empty right now!) 😕
Trying to train my honeysuckle up this old washing line post to make it more inviting to birds so that can land on something and hide from my past cats!! So far so good! Just need some actual flowers!! 😆👍🏻🙏🏻
I think what I have is the correct variety - the flowers on these plants have started to flower this week. Trying to train them to grow up an old wooden washing line pole to make it more of a hiding place for birds. It's certainly growing anyway!
