I've discovered my love for the gardens & plants just a year ago, and now it become a passion for me. Still a beginner, learning new things everyday.
It took Ages....😰😰😰 But finally I got a taste of the sweetest #sapodilla #chiku ever....😋😋😋
Not seen one of these before !
These are the first 2 fruits on my #sapodilla plant. Aka #Chiku. I can't wait to taste it once its ripe. Its Very sweet and juicy fruit.
First bud on my #grafted #sapodilla , aka Chikku 😘😘😘
Does the grafted one remain a smaller plant Shaz?
@novicegardenlover Yes Susan.. Its just 3feets tall n started to flower..
Sounds great. I must check around to see if we have this locally. The sapodilla trees like my grandmother had when I was growing up would be too large for my space.
I always prefer grafted plants, specially fruitplants. They remain small in size n gives fruits very early as compared to seed grown plants. 😃 @novicegardenlover
Sounds better and better
