Check the soil how wet is it? If to wet the change to new soil then add a slow release fertilizer to the soil mix then repot the plant(look at plants roots make sure not rotten). After repotting the actual plant make a liquid fertilizer and spritze the leaves and soil with it. Put plant in a high but filtered light area!
Probably too much direct light and water, these can take a lot of shade, make sure you let all the water completely drain away from the pot in future when you water it, never allow it to sit in a puddle of water and only water when the top inch of compost is dry. In the meantime cut off all the dead leaves and let it dry out. I wouldn't give much of a feed as houseplants should only be fed and repotted from March to October 😊
I would still check the soil and roots to check for to much water or root rot. And the never do something cus others say its a bad time is not necessarily on point. I do stuff in winter that ive been told do not do.. With no ill effect to my plants. Where is your plant living at Indoors outdoors? When i buy plants on clearance in winter they get repotted checked over for pest, root rot etc to be at there best to grow and heal better.. Cus most plants on clearance ive found are on deaths door step
But do what you feel is right for your plant and its living conditions indoor/outdoor light etc. You could also google plant care for this plant. Mines doing well that i bought last winter in a tiny pot almost dead.
