Never had a garden before, just bought a house with a lovely but neglected garden... not quite sure what I'm doing, trying to learn!

What a beautiful flower I have not seen this clematis before. Does it like full sun or shade?

Love the semi double flowers ☺ quite different. It's supposed to be fine in sun or shade, though this one is flowering much more on the sunnier side than the other. It was labelled as mont soft pink, but must have another name too as can't find anything about it online! @davidthebee

Maybe I should have got something taller for under the sambucus after all, want to hide the garage as much as possible

Was braver untangling the 2nd one, so decided to redo the 1st, and managed to get that less tangled than this, might have to try this one again in a week

Finally spread this one out, less flowers than the other side since its been clumped together for longer

Managed to spread this out even more, still got the safety loops around, so paranoid it's going to snap!

Worried about the top in the wind since its not high enough to tie in, so temporary bit of twine to stop movement hopefully

Canelloni and ties removed and fanned out as much as I dare! It's so delicate, and quite clumped together, found a couple of broken bits as I went along which I hope had already happened and wasn't me 😮

Both clematis in... Yes I should have finished sorted everything first but was so sick of just cutting plants down and creating mess!
