They need to be pruned to create little 'Spurs' like fruiting Spurs on apple trees. That is you cut back after flowering and through the summer to about 5 leaves, then in January you cut back further to 2 leaf nodes which makes like a finger which is the fruiting spur from where the flower buds grow. I don't explain it well but there is a lot on t'internet on how to do it. It is one of those unforgiving plants that insists on you doing it properly, good luck Elaine @wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom

I nearly born in Sainsburys the other day flowers already on it well bands.
But I thought no I’ve had this one years, it’s beautiful, it will flower one day 😉
