Lucky you! Although mild temps now here too. Rain seems to forecast here at least once every day for the next two weeks 🙄 @vegandmore

Yes I think you’re right Enid, although very pleased it’s now a little warmer. These daffs certainly made it more cheery 💛 @godfreye

Absolutely thrilled to see some of my daffs recovering from the plague of #narcissusbulbfly that I got a few years ago. Many still recovering but 'Jetfire' performing the best right now

18/03/19 - Daffodil Update - first of many daffs now emerging in the bulb nursery bed. 'Jetfire' is not quite historic or heritage, but it is one I took a fancy to a while ago and was first registered in 1966. It is in the cyclamineus group so it has reflexed perianth segments (the name for the petals round the trumpet or cup). It’s a dwarf cultivar (less than 32.5cm tall) and generally flowers early to mid-season #narcissus #daffodil #narcissusjetfire #bulbnurserybed

Lovely picture Rich. I have them too - they've been amazing in the recent stormy weather and none of them have been damaged. 😊 @richard.spicer.7906
