Airplants are such amazing organisms! They do not need to be planted. I created a nice little decorative area here for this plant with materials given to me. In this ceramic bowl are layers. Using MiracleGro seed starting mix as a base layer and a filler to achieve the correct height. I then use an inch or so of Sphagnum Moss as the top layer to attract and keep moisture for the airplant.
