White rot has forced me to harvest my onions early. Not sure how I'm going to use all these before they rot?

That is such a shame. I would be tempted to chop them all and freeze them. Then you could just take out a handful at a time and use them.

Keep together 5 or 6 with a rope, hang up to your shed or garage and you can keep for a few months. You should keep them dry... let me know if is working

I dry mine off on weld mesh but even then heathy onions don't last that long if things get damp, they last till nearly xmas

Dry them and then pill of skin layers and leave only few, that won't make them go damp quicker, store them in the well ventilated and dry place, I would use basket or wooden box, my parents grows veg for years and their parents did, it always worked, good look, they look beautiful 👍🏻😍
