These are my #christmascactus #cuttings #eastercactus #thanksgivingcactus in an open terrarium I am so excited because they have roots, I should have taken a picture. I know they need humidity they are on top of rocks with little water is this a good setup for them? @lovestogarden

As long as it is open and they can drain, it is good. If they stay too damp, they will rot.they are a cactus, so the roots must dry out at times.

@lovestogarden I think I'll just take them out of there, I dont want to risk anything or do anything with these cuttings that could hurt them. Thank you for the advice

Some tillandsia would keep moister in there. You could try that unless you already have a plan. It is a very pretty container.

@lovestogarden Good advice, I took the cuttings out just to be safe. I'll save the terrarium for something else.

Those wrinkles say thank you for the drink. 😂❤️ Just remember, water, dry out the soil and don't let the stay wet to rot. You will be fine. You will just have to play around because your temperatures and inside humidity will vary throughout the year.
