Possibly an opuntia

Thanks, Soph1e. It's definitely an opuntia, but I can't figure out which one. It looks a little bit strange due to the lack of light in its "young" days.

@Soph1e ⬆

Would it be possible to have a close up of its spines @Malterash? It might make it a bit easier to narrow it down.

@Soph1e How do I add another image to this plant? :) Or in the comment? I feel like a grandma now :)

@Malterash click on the camera icon at the bottom of your screen. You'll have a choice of posting a plant photo or a garden photo. Click "plant", you should see a list of your plants. Click "Prickly pear" and you're done 😊

So that's how it works :) Thank you. I'll add it now. This is the best I could do at the current light. Not sure if it will help.
@Soph1e Here Is close-up. It probably won't help.
I think you're going to have to let it get bigger before you'll know for sure what it is. My best guess would be opuntia monacantha or opuntia phaeacantha but I really don't feel confident about either of those. Sorry I haven't been more helpful @Malterash
Every suggestion is helpful, thanks @Soph1e :) I'll take a look at the opuntias you mentioned...
