What do I do with the little furry things?

Those are seed pods Madg , save them for next year , cut the stem and leave them to dry out , your lupins should have another flush of flowers 💐

The leaves have gone very droopy- does anyone know what I can do to fix this?

It could be either over or under watering. Also when you water make sure you’re watering at the base of the plant 👍
