The first #fruit ! One #pomegranate has continued to mature. All the other fruit/flowers looks to have dropped. Still small, but growing. #punica #punicagranatum #pomegranate-fruit #anticipation #southerncalifornia 14 September 2021

Looking good! One is better than none😊

Great 👍🏻

Wow

Fabulous 👍😊

I agree Katy! 😄 I think that with this start, next year could be jelly with all the fruit. 💗 @gjones

Thank you @juliesgarden @thehardygardener @hkyfvr ! 💕

Very welcome 👍😊

The #pomegranate flowers and buds are still doing well. They are so vivid. #punicagranatum #tree #firstfruit 28 May 2021

Got to pot on my babies, I will be patient, repeat a thousand times

Patience! So hard. @thehardygardener

Actually looking more like real fruit! #punicagranatum #pomegranate #firstfruit #pomegranate-flowerbuds #southerncalifornia 15 May 2021💕

I bought a little Pomegranate Bush a few months ago, I think it must have died pretty quick, need to scrape a bit of bark see if there's any hope?

Oh wow.. I've never seen one of these before on a plant.. just in the stores 💕

Hope you get fruit. I never did on the small tree. 🌞

Wow! Amazing

@hebelover that stinks. Mine is a few years old (4 years to be more exact) and yet to have the wind not drop the flowers. Still hoping for mine and yours.

@RosaSattempt they are a pretty tree in fruit.

Thank you @sunlovin .

@Susanandsteve, I know. Looking good so far.

I should have known better, I didn't even think, I just put it straight outside ❄ Fingers crossed for yours

Thank you, Jason. Life goes at quite a speed it is easy to act without deep thoughts. Don't beat yourself up. I do things like this way too much. 🥴 💕 @hebelover

Autumn has finally come to the #pomegranate. #Yellow leaves look so nice. #punicagranatum #southerncalifornia 16 December 2019

That looks beautiful! So bright with colour💛😍

Has it ever bared fruit?♥️

Yes, Katy, I'm enjoying it. 🤗💖 @gjones

@Susanandsteve no, not yet. This is its second year, so next year! 🤞

Another prunning to keep her trim figure. #espalier #progress #pomegranate #punicagranatum #punica #gyo #fruittree #southerncalifornia #california 1 September 2018

Love pomegranate! It's looking good too. How old does it have to be to produce fruit?

@gjones it is about a year old now and it had one flower earlier this year, but I knocked it off while pruning. I am not sure if it would have held anyway, but I am hoping next spring the blossoms will hold and in a year I plan fruit. ❤️

😕 the #blossom fell off. 😭 #pomegranate #punica #punicagranatum 14 June 2018

Oh ☹️

I feel your pain. The wind here took like 50 of my flowers. 😭😩

Thank you for sharing this 😕. It was it's first and only flower. I guess fruit will have to be next year, which is probably better for it's growth. @cyndi @juliesgarden @mollyocean @niching @haleyt901 ❤

Pruned the #pomegranate to begin #espalier. It looks a bit pitiful, but it is a begining. 31 May 2018

Cool. I don't eat them but my sister loves them

Another of my favourite fruits! We only get them in the grocery stores from December to March but we buy some every year. How long will it take for you to get a fruit that's ready to pick?
Oh wow well done 👏🏻
I am not sure Katy. This is my first year paying attention. I know they hit the stores in the Fall. @gjones
