Narcissus 'Tête-à-Tête'

These are the only bulbs not ravaged by squirrels. I need some serious advice about what NOT to plant in my garden. I bought a nice little dianthus in Morrisons a few weeks ago. All blooms chewed off. Please let me know if there are any other plants I should avoid. No more bulbs besides daffodils and alliums apparently @mikethegardener @melvinprentice@pelly

When I was reading up about your problems one thing I found was to take the bottoms out of yoghurt pots, slip the bulb inside and plant like that. I've never come across this before and haven't got a clue as to whether it works or not but might be worth trying with a couple just to see Faigie 🤔🤔

You can put a wire net over spring bulbs that will stop the squirrels from digging them up and then spray the flowering ones with garlic+water mix (or another type of smelly repellent).

Squirrels haven’t got to these.

I am getting really fed up with squirrels eating all my plants and bulbs. I wonder if it is worth all the bother of planting and nurturing them only for them to be destroyed
