It was 100 degrees (37 C) today.. Spring is long gone in Florida! This #cactus seems to like the heat a bit more than I do.

@cyndi Thank you. Today was crazy hot!! I have lupus (aggravated by UV) & I’m a fair skinned redhead, so I am essentially always limited to early morning or evening gardening, especially once summer starts! But it’s fine really because it’s just too hot during the day to be outside enjoyably. Hurricane Season starts soon, and that changes things a lot, too.

@KelsiBriana That would be nice. I don’t know what kind this is or when I got it. It didn’t grow much last year but it’s already doing better this year. We’ll see how it grows and if it fruits/flowers. 🌵💚

Roadrunner #cactus
This #cactus is another plant that has really taken off in a different location than usual. It’s grown so much! It definitely is crying out for a new, bigger pot, wouldn’t you say? 💚🌵 Anyone know what kind of cactus this is, because I do not.
I believe it's a Pitahaya aka dragon fruit.
I see why you’d think that @Dionaea-muscipula but it’s shaped differently. Harder to see in photos. I’ll get some closer shots.
