#sweetlove is lovely.

Brilliant...great when they come back..😉

Back with a bang too! ❤❤❤

@novicegardenlover thank you Susan 😊 doing much better than the others but not sure why 😂

@wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom always think they won’t and then they spring up from nowhere 😜

@jeatacake it’s got more flowers than the other 3 combined! ❤️

Such beautiful flowers!

A beautiful freak of nature 🤩😍

@jeatacake gotta love a freak 😉🤣

So many flowers what are you feeding it

@alan1111 I have started feeding more with the spare time to do so. I feed with Richard Jackson Flower Power 😁

Beautiful and what a great bright colour 😊😊❤❤

I love red flowers, that's beautiful Kerry

Beautiful

Hot color!

Colour envy...😘

@midnightgardener thanks Christine 😀

@DeborahBanks thanks Deborah 😃 it’s one of the few reds I have but adore daisies 😛 these are hardy too 😉

@gjones thanks Katy 😄 surprised they’re all still sending up flowers 🤯

@columbiariver not one I have much of but it’s great for these dark days ❤️

@wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom it’s a bright one for sure 🤩

I agree 💯

Wow!💘😍

I agree WOW!😍

Great colour ❤🤩

@ShelleySnyder it’s a little bit bright 😜

Just bright enough!💘😍

@gjones I’ve never used a filter on any of my plant photos but this one really looks enhanced. It practically glows 😍

@jeatacake thank you Jeff 😁 it’s like glow in the dark 😅

@ShelleySnyder 😎😉😘

You won't need those lights then 😁😉👍❤

@jeatacake 😂 good thinking 😉

I often have to adjust the brightness as our harsh sunlight makes everything look bleached out. Here I've found I get the best photo colours on overcast days😊

@gjones we aren’t short of those so I’ll give that a try for these insanely coloured blooms. Thanks Katy 😁

Aww poor thing looks cold 😁

It’s gonna be gorgeous though..

@angiecrazycatlady found him hiding under the foliage 😜

@wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom he’s 1 of 4 still on the plant, reminded me a bit of your spoon petals from summer 😅

You’re right they do..😆👌🏼they’re lovely 😊

@wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom thank you ☺️

Is it still blooming? So pretty and colourful at this time of year!

@gjones it’s still going strong. 4 new flowers on it at the moment 😁

Very impressive! And I killed mine😣

@gjones oh no 😫 the non flowering one is non living?

Yep! Dried up and is no longer with us! Don't know what I did wrong😣

I lost mine through the winter even though they were well mulched. The garvineas are supposed to be frost hardy so I was gutted 😞😞

Are these still outside?

I knew it would be...❤️😘

@gjones I’m sorry ☹️ rip little gerbera 😔

@pelly that’s what I thought 😬 I’ll have to make sure it goes in the greenhouse soon then. I only got them because they said they’re hardy 😜 sorry you lost yours Jane 😟

@jeatacake still outside 🙂 this one has 4 flowers and a load of buds, the yellow one has a fair few buds too

@wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom they’re smaller than summer but still looking good for November 😛

Gorgeous ❤️

@wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom thanks Elaine 😄 it has been constantly flowering for months ❤️

Still gorgeous! Mine finally died😣

@gjones nooooooo! I really thought it would flower for you 😢

@kez001uk I thought it might make it but it shrivelled up and bit the dust😄😄

@gjones it was making room for something even better 😛

@kez001uk 😁😊

Wow, fabulous 😍😍

@kez001uk They are lovely. Where will you put them during winter?

@pelly thank you 😁

@anges thanks 😊 they’re supposed to be quite hardy so will leave them out unless it’s very bad frosts 😛

@kez001uk Ok, are they outdoor Gerberas? I got a gerbera as a mothers day present and have left it outside all summer and it has flowered like mad. I was thinking of bringing it in the house soon - might split it too. 😊 Thanks.

Are you going to try sewing it from seeds next year?

@gjones I’m going to give it a go 😁 I’ll save what I can so will add some of these and the orange one along with your morning glory seeds 😁

That would be great - at least we know you had the flowering variety.😁😁

@gjones one way of giving you back your flowers 😉😉

Very interesting. I'll be watching to see how you get on with them in the spring 👍

@jeatacake would be amazed if they turn out as well as their parents!

No reason why not. You may even get something new, depending on what genes are there?👍

@jeatacake ooooh I like the sound of something new! I didn’t know that could happen

It can, but growing these from seed could be a challenge, not that I've ever tried.

@jeatacake oh I’m not good with challenge 🤣 my skills are basic at best! Will give it a try anyway, nothing to lose 😛

Absolutely. I try some potentially impossible to grow seeds here, but that is the motto to remember "nothing to lose" 👍

@jeatacake you do seem to get some unusual things to grow 😛 only way to learn is by trying right 😁

Wow, that is gorgeous 😍😍 Mine is still the non-flowering variety!😄

@gjones thank you ☺️ I think I must have your flowers too 😜

So that's my problem😅😄😁

@gjones I’ll send you some back for next year 😉

Okay that's a deal😉

Fabulous 👍🧡😍

Stunning Kerry 😊 @kez001uk

Wow that's an eye popping colour 😍

@jeatacake cheers Jeff 👍🏼

@vinny3000 thank you Gary 😁

@angiecrazycatlady thanks Angie 😊 it’s definitely not one you can miss 😂

Most welcome 🧡

Wow! Another beauty! What's the secret to getting it to bloom?

Very intense colours on these. Superb 👍🧡❤

@gjones thanks Katy ❤️ I wish I could tell you 😂 the only thing I’ve done is deadheading and it’s permanently flowering and has so many buds on the way too

@jeatacake thanks Jeff ☺️ this one in particular is a proper show off 😂

How often do you fertilize yours?

Loads of flowers too 👌

@gjones I have plant food that you’re supposed to feed with every week but I’ve used it about 3 times 😂 ( Richard Jackson’s flower power)

@jeatacake for every flower you can see there’s another on its way. They’ve been brilliant!

It's a great plant. Did you get it this year?

@jeatacake I did, this and the yellow one. I just hope I can get them through winter 🤞🏼

@kez001uk Thanks for the info. Maybe I'll try repotting and fertilizing it😊

You may need to keep it indoors unless you heat your greenhouse.

We decided to look at some discount racks yesterday and found an almost dead 'gerbera jamesonii eye catcher purple'. It was only $2.94 and the healthy ones we $12.00. So we brought it home, gave it a good watering and put it under a grow light for 12 hrs and it's popped back to life. Love the colour of your gerbera 😍

@gjones wow that’s an amazing discount! Such a shame that plants aren’t taken care of in some shops but it gets us a bargain and requires just a little effort to make them healthy again 😁 a purple one sounds gorgeous though 💜

@jeatacake thanks Jeff 😀
@pelly really is a little bright spot out there 🔥
Wow they're still looking fantastic!
I think I’ll have to look for a red one next year ❤️
Great red colour, lovely flowers ♥️♥️
@gjones thank you Katy 😃 it’s done much better than the other 2 😂
@pelly if I can save seed I’ll send some 😁 usually find it blown all over the garden by time I remember 🤣
I'm going to have to stop liking your flowers Kerry, it must be costing you a fortune in postage 😂 I never thought of collecting seeds from these. I have a pink one with its last flower, I'll have to keep an eye on it 👁🗨
@midnightgardener thank you Chris 😄 they’re a nice splash of colour this late on ❤️
