Still going 🍓

gjones
Amazing! Strawberries in November!

kez001uk
@gjones it’s a lone one but there were new flowers too so had I left it there may have been more soon 🤷🏻♀️

Incredible. You must have a balmy micro climate thing going on on your garden! 😀👌

kez001uk
@jeatacake my mum always said we are in a dip here so most of the extreme weather passes over us. How true that is I don’t know 😂

jeatacake
Certainly cold winds can miss you, but it could also be a frost pocket from decending cold air, although that doesn't seem to be happening much it seems so far this winter 👍

Those look tasty 😋😊
Wow 😲 🍓😜
@gjones more on there now than all of last year 😂
@wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom hoping they don’t drown before I get to try them 😜
😋
@honestgreensco hardly a feast but a start anyway 😉😂
@kez001uk throw them in a salad 🥗 😉
@honestgreensco can’t say I’ve ever tried them in a salad but now I fancy adding them to a feta salad 🤤 sweet & salty 😋
@kez001uk I love them in fruit salads 😋
@honestgreensco I’d have given that a go but seems the birds wanted them more than me 😐
@kez001uk 😭 the birds are cruel i got a single pitaya fruit on my farm from all the newly planted ones and the crows ate it 😰 i was so sad lol but next year I’ll have thousands so oh well. Definitely buying a slingshot tho 🤔
@honestgreensco 😯 that’s just mean! Your single fruit and it took it ☹️ I’ve seen people on Instagram that put bags around their cherries to protect them but think maybe your pitaya are a little big for that 🤣got an image of Bart Simpson skateboarding around your cactuses with his catapult 🙈
