It seems as if nobody sells this plant in the USA 😢 -- this after they show me photos of the #interestingfoliage and taunt me with tales of the #fragrant flowers. "DISCONTINUED," they say heartlessly...

I have a feeling that growers of decorative plants were NOT considered essential workers through the pandemic. There's not much of anything interesting in the nurseries this year. Sigh! I wonder if they could possibly come true from seed?

@emch that’s a good point! It must have had a huge impact on the plant industry and will be a while before things are back to normal. I will have to investigate if seeds come true 🧐

@ublaszko 4 now but 3 are almost identical 😂 got this one as the foliage is supposedly gold. It was when it arrived but has turned green already 😐

😂😂 They're very special 😍😍😍 Perhaps there's not enough light for the leaves to remain gold and they will change once we get closer to spring. I can't believe GT is still saying it's early winter 🤔 Surely not, my snowdrops are almost ready to flowers.
