Sorry for the overload of pics but I've only just learned this poppy is monocarpic so flowers once and dies!! It's putting on its best show so need to celebrate it!

I think this variety flowers May to July if deadheaded.

I was just wondering about deadheading but couldn't find any info online! Thank you I will deadhead now! There's a few more buds to come so good to know it will carry on til July!

I was so excited to discover this brand new growth on what I thought was a dead plant! Bought it last year at the end of summer and didn't see any flowers, fingers crossed for this year!
