Rosa (Miniature)

#help .... why is she dying again? A week ago she was green and showing real growth and potential . #plantid- #roses

Id cut the dead off if it has any give it plant food for roses water but idk ive heard roses dont like there leaves wet wish i could help i hv mini roses there starting to make new leaves but at one time it almost looked like it was dead maybe your plant will come back for you 😊 @jenx1n

Plant showing nutritional deficiency (internveinal chlorosis)and possibly disease. Pull from pot and check roots. Roots should have white growing tips. Do not give more fert to much burns roots. Plant needs minimum of 6 hours sun @jenx1n

Thank you for the help @hannahchristine and @moore.794 . I checked the roots and they seemed to be rotting and dead😔 unfortunately this one won't be saved. @moore.794 are mini roses best suited inside or out? I'm Chicago in zone 5A. Many attempts at several of these over the years and they never make it. Tried both in and out. I never fertilize the roses.... is that what the missing link is? Thank you in advance💚🤗

Many times these have been mistreated at the store. Always check roots before you buy. Best time to buy is late spring early summer to allow roots to establish before winter. Need to be planted in space that has a minium of 6 hours full sun. Fertilize only after established in new spot. Takes about two weeks. Use a good rose food. Banannas and used coffee grounds are wonderful for roses. I mix in blender then pour around base. Mulch after good frost .good luck @jenx1n
