Wisteria floribunda 'Yae-kokuryu'

Might sound as if I should be devastated but soooo fed up with the damage inflicted on my Wisteria by the local pigeon posse 😱 every year they pick off the flower buds .. trash the foliage then have the audacity to breed in it !! So have decided it's time for it to go ... in its place will be another evergreen jasmine 🙂 hand me the loppers please ....,

😱is there no way to deter them, though I have no suggestion I'm afraid. Other than a water pistol and hourly patrols 😂

It's not so bad... I have another on the fence which is much happier if a little frosted now ❄️ they are shameless.. most of the flowers get picked off before they've come out ! Now I've come to the decision I'm happy with it .. I've tried all sorts of I could be here with my pokey broom all the time maybe but time for a change 👍 @lexijane @suerichards @katgreen

Oh I'd be gutted! 😔 but a sensible decision if they always wreck it! 😤 maybe a Pyracantha wouldn't be so hospitable to their shenanigans!! 😬😂
