I have been looking at this plant but still not sure @richard.spicer.7906 Could it be cats ear as there are no rosettes of leaves 🌼🤔🤔 @thehardygardener ?
I understood cats ear had a rosette, rather than not. Now that I can see a bit of the foliage, could it be the narrow leaf ragwort? Senecio inaequidens ?
Thanks Aly actually now I think about it I threw some wild flower seeds over that area and this has been the only one to pop up 😂 @thehardygardener . Will email you. X
Morning Pearl, I’m almost certain this is a type of Ragwort/Senecio rather than a type of hawkbit - the flowers look different to me as hawkbits usually have more ragged shaggy look, and flower is more fully with more petals, where as this has just single petals that don’t overlap, very neat and rounded at the tips. It’s not the usual common ragwort, but there are a few yellow wild senecios in UK. Check out google and compare flowers of hawkbit to wild senecio in uk you’ll see what I mean 👍🏼
