Phlox on sale! Anyone know how fast it'll spread out? I would like to use it in a terrarium

Thanks @Acetaker , poor baby didn't make it. I have a very difficult time keeping ground foliage alive for some reason

P poor phlox isn't doing well, I'm assuming this is a winter thing? Gt recommended dead heading, how would I do that? Thanks in advance y'all! 😣🤗
Hmm, in that case I already dead headed it. But it just kept dying so I thought that's just what it does in the winter, or too much water/sun/ not enough. I'll check out the link tho, see if we can't save this darling together!! 🙄🤗💚🤝
I think this is the same as the plant i have that I've never been able to identify! And I'm having the same issue!

Thanks again, @cyndi. Turns out I've been giving my phlox way too much water and sun! Dead headed it, hoping it'll make a miraculous comeback buuut it looks dead to me 😢 I hope yours perks up, @dreadsgirl80!!
