Gardening in mostly deep shade in Zone 6. My passion is adding more native plants to my landscape & clearing out the foreign invasives.

Once it gets going, there’ll be no stopping it!

I hope you're right @brightcolours -- it's been completely stalled for a couple of years now... 🤔

Oh. Does it get enough sun?

It should now that I've moved it to this side of the fence, @brightcolours

I think I killed this by moving it -- it looked so bad yesterday. Hoping a heavy watering will revive it #midwesternnative #beemagnet

I suddenly remembered I owned this and dashed outside to see whether it was coming up. It was! #midwesternnative

I thought this was just refusing to get established, but now I see the vine is sneaking under the fence to make an appearance on the other side... #midwesternnative

Four more of these just came in the mail...totally forgot I'd ordered them when I bought this specimen at Bordine's. Just planted them today, hither and yon...they are just bare roots without stems or leaves.

One plant I don’t have but they are a stunning pollinator attractor and beautiful as well. There is one at the McDonald’s by my house all along the wall in the parking lot. It’s amazing. I think you will not be disappointed. 🤩

I have a million seeds @philstalder if u wanna try ur luck at growing some. They do require some stratification but super easy to grow.

Oh thanks Kristin. @txgardener I would but I have no place to grow them. All my fence space is taken. 🙂
