Looks a lot like my stapelianthus decarii. Should go a bit browner and more "dead" looking in the sun.
I have to 100% agree with @mrinsane19 My Stapelianthus Decarii has been really brown and dead looking (I still love the plant😂) and @dufflebag when Ive had my plant undercover and frequently watered it looked like yours, not as nice as yours though 😃
