Crassula 'Tetragona'

This is my for sure miniature pine tree @Stephydontdoit I got them in the same month last year August

I believe they are both Crassula tetragona. The leaves usually point up. I'm unsure what it means if they are pointing down, but this specimen does look healthy so I wouldn't worry about it. Is there a shelf above this plant blocking light directly above it?

No shelf above @savannahssucculentgarden that is the top of the fence. The fences are the main structure. The cover comes from under the roof line to the top of the fence
