Unfortunately this guy was so thoroughly rotted that when I tried to take it out of the pot it just fell apart. I got to it too late😢 Iā€™m going to attempt to propagate from the leaves but donā€™t expect much. Good news is I gave some pups to a friend so sheā€™s not completely gone! #aloe #oops 11|06|17

With freshly removed leaves off a healthy aloe, you could produce new plants albeit rarely but damaged ones will almost never survive

11-3-17. This guy had been pretty stable until recentlyā˜¹ļøI think I overwatered it. hoping the #plantid is also correct. #succulent #aloe

Best thing to do right now is remove it from the pot and let it dry for three or more days and then replant on dry soil. Remove any extra rot you see to help save that baby!!
