Good afternoon all! This may not be the best photograph I've ever taken, but I have to add it to the #tuesdaytreasures list! It's the only one of my four #allium siculum plants to have a flower bud, and if it's anything like last year, it's going to be spectacular! 😀

Good evening all! What a hot day its been! Thought I was going to pass out at one point in my little home office! At least my #allium siculum has finally decided to put in an appearance, and isn't it lovely? Enjoy your evening everyone! 😀

It has been hot today Ian I was same as worked at home kept going in breezy alleyway for a cool down. Allium looking lovely mines not quite there yet 💚💞💚💞

Think I have sun stroke !!! Out in it nearly all day helping customers inspired by Chelsea and trying to make the display area look like Chelsea 😱 we all deserve a nice chill down now 😎 fabulous pic Ian they are not easy to capture the beauty as the colouring is so subtle 👍👍 yours won't be long I'm sure Keely @Keely 🙂

@icedance Sam it can be so dangerous we sometimes don't realise then power of the sun 🌞 hope you will be OK hun and thank you it needs moving really as stuck by garden gate post in a bit of shade 😐

Drank my body weight in fluids and had cream but feeling a bit heady get supper out the way then a nice cool shower and should be ok thanks sweetie 🙂 I have mine all in part shade as they do well in it a fair bit south of you so yours are about right 👍👍 @Keely

@Keely - Oh I would have killed for a breezy alleyway! lol Had fan on all day but it's not the same as fresh air! Mine are in full sun and have really took off since we had all the rain and warmer weather! 😀

@icedance - Oh copying those Chelsea gardens is a very tall order! Can't believe how manicured and perfect some / most / all of them look! Thanks, yes they are difficult to get a good picture of, and believe me, I took more than a couple of photos! 😀

🤣🤣 Anglia water announced there would not be the threatened hose pipe ban so they did a feature on economical water usage to keep the ban at bay ..

Just adding some more spring bulbs to my plant database! These are #allium siculum, planted in a single layer! These are a first for me! Has anyone grown them before? How did you find them?
