The first of the wild poppies to flower and it’s orange 🧡
Lovely 🧡
You don’t often see golden poppies...it’s beautiful 🧡
A few buds but no flowers so far 🤞🧡🧡🧡
Isn’t it wonderful Sarah. I have so many I often pull them up but glad I left this one 😊 @sieveheadsarah
I always get one or two but they same completely random as to where they pop up 🤔 @wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom
Won’t be long Sue 😃 @suerichards
🧡🧡🧡
It sure is 😍 I only have a few popping up so far Jacqueline, they’re usually pink or mauve, I’ve never had an orange one. I’ve just remembered I have some Californian poppies to sow 👍🏼😀
These are welsh poppies and are usually yellow. I did sow some of your seeds last year but no sign yet 👀 🔍🌱 @sieveheadsarah
Fingers crossed some appear for you, I brought some seeds home from the place we stayed in Longtown for the wedding, they were a lovely red poppy, I scattered some around the garden a month or so ago 🤞🏻😀
I hope so too 🤞I will let you know. @sieveheadsarah

16 May 2018 • These all seem to have popped up at the same time 💛
Pretty colour combination
Completely unintended Annette 🙄@Annettenoosa
They’re a weed really but a very pretty one @gjones
Maybe not the most obvious #colourcombo but I love this orange #papaver-cambricum against the grey of a barn wall 🧡🤍🖤
So do I 🧡🧡🧡
…and the yellow just isn’t as good 🙄😂 @pelly
Not as good as pink 🌸😂
