@Annettenoosa yes 3 times. The first 2 times I didn’t realise the mess I’d end up with. When the seed heads are ripe they literally explode & the seeds (millions/billions) like dust went everywhere. The 3rd time I put a little bag loosely around it so I could catch them. I didn’t seal the bag, so air could circulate. My problem is not having the equipment to grow them! I’m desperate to know what the colours would’ve been. It’s very easy to pollinate orchids look on YouTube. Good luck 😊🙏🏼
@pixierose maybe one of the botanical gardens or horticulture societies could help you with germination. One of the professional growers I know here in Qld has his seeds grown in a laboratory so they are certified disease free. The baby plants are returned for him to grow. Any that produce champion blooms are name registered (I think at Kew). No doubt he will have some champions at the orchid show this week, which I will post on GT. 💞

@Annettenoosa what a fabulous spring like colour! Gorgeous. I often wonder what colour plants I have made by cross pollination??
🌺gorgeous..love the contrast of colors..
@pixierose have you managed to get seeds from your cross pollination?
