Canna Pink Paradise update photo 5.6.20. I've got 4 of these and my plan is to put them in pots. Will this be ok and how many per pot? I know it will depend on the size of the pot. Or are they better off in the ground? Any help, #advice or suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you 🙂 first time with Cannas for me 😍

I had one in a pot last year and one in the ground, the one in the ground did better but that's just my experience 👍

If you live where you get super cold winters and ground freeze you'll have to lift them.. you also can grow them in pots large enough for them.to have growing room. Then you can just place pots intermingled in the plants even if other plants are in ground. Left die back and cut off tops to base in wi ter or over winter indoors. I have some in pots and in ground.. i get mild winters tho so its safe. If your ground doesn't freeze mulch well and they will be fine in ground
