Well folk sorry to say I’m tired of the issues with this app. Always getting errors when trying to post. Not going to keep wasting my time. I can post them on Facebook etc with no issues. So when they choose to fix the issues then they can contact me to let me know. @usgardentags
@usgardentags it’s not just the posting. If I search for a plant in my plant list it will not find it. But if I look through the whole list it is there. Why did the search not find it. I use this app mostly so I have easy, fast access to the plants I have. If it’s no longer useable for me on that level then I don’t need this app.
@hkyfvr @usgardentags @teamgardentags the multiple posting is caused by the time out error when posting. It has happen to me many times. Try to post a photo. Keep getting time out error. They the person tries again and again until it takes it. Only to find it posted it more then once. Even through the app only showed it posted one time. The green screen I don’t knew what causes it. But I have seen it happen on mine before I have posted. If I see it, I cancel and restart the progress over.

I have contacted support through the app several times over the years about the time out issues. Unfortunately it still happens. And this spring it has happened a lot. It took me 3 times to get this photo up due to time out errors. The comment I made was only added because of frustration and anger the 3rd time I tried to post the photo. And that is the one that finally posted.
I’m frustrated by the search section. Like you, I’ll search for my plant but it often doesn’t come up even though I know I’ve catalogued it. It’s annoying, to say the least. I’ve also contacted the support team by email but nothing changes! @teamgardentags @ukgardentags Do we all give up and leave or do we persevere? 🤔
@jacaranda I’m not ending my account. They can let me know when they fix the issues. I use to do premium. Stopped because issues are not fixed. I like the app. Love seeing peoples flowers, gardens, fruits and veggies etc. Need a good place to keep track of my plants. But being able to post a photo or search your plant list are basic functions of this app. And I know it’s not just me having these issues. And they have been going on for years. Need fixes to these issues.
