@petersburghomesteader. Yes. Most mail order want to get rid of stock just like in stores. I order online and most places I order from send me emails on deals. I'm sure it depends on who you order from. My last order from Breck's I got the bag of eyeliner lilies ($22), black adder anise hyssop ($22), natural feelings phlox ($24) and Hercules phlox ($22). Each one was on sale for $4.99.
