I have a tiny farmhouse in rural PA w/ lots of fields & forest... I enjoy being surrounded by as many plants as possible, both outdoors & in my home!

Why did you take it down to the roots to repot? Ive had a shamrock for years and years, they bloom so often and they just make me happy.

They multiple like crazy..had so many gave tons away and put some on other pots with real tall plants as a "ground cover"

@lesliecole49 I wasn't planning to, but the roots were much bigger than I expected! These are just pieces that broke off accidentally during the process, which I also replanted afterward... I just found them interesting and wanted to take a photo 😀

@cyndi I know what you mean- now I have tons of them! The ground cover is a really good idea, I might need to borrow it 😉

What are the little brown circular things at the bottom of the photo? Stones? They look like baby potatoes!

@gjones They are hydro rocks, basically just water-absorbing balls of dried clay, can be used instead of soil for some plants... I tend to use them layered in the bottoms of potted plants to help with drainage ☺️
