I'm not sure if it's a 'Gaya' or not but I'd imagine it'll develop the coloured tips when it's more mature. You could try giving it more light to see if that gets it to colour up a bit. @Yollymac may know if it's a particular type of agavoides.
@Soph1e definitely not Gaya. 1. It’s rare, 2. You pretty much need to search deliberately for it here and 3. You’d know by the price you paid and 4. It has a very oriental look to it with leaves curving excessively upward and the tips never go green. @quinnedy, This is likely Lemaire, but but it in the sun and see what happens. It’s worth noting that there are so many unnamed Agavoides hybrids out there now that sometimes we need to just be satisfied with the Agavoides unknown listing.
