@midnightgardener if you saw mine now you’d cry 🤣 that late frost we had absolutely destroyed both of mine. I managed to cut them back and rescue them but they’re looking very small and sorry for themselves 😂 noticed flower buds today but can’t see them being anything as nice as yours 😍

@kez001uk Oh no Kez, 😣I am sorry what a shame. We really don't like losing any of our plants. I bought a lovely pink Hydrangea some weeks ago but it suffered the same fate as yours. Now I've just got twigs sticking up so, that won't do much at all this year. You-d have the thought we'd be frost free by now wouldn-t you. How annoying. At least now we're close to June we should be safe now. I planted out some seedling Sunflowers and Cosmos yesterday and today. I've got a real love for gyo now 😊

@midnightgardener it’s frustrating more than anything because you think you’re clear from frost and it comes to cause destruction 😡 I hope your hydrangea makes an unexpected comeback 😁 growing from seed is addictive isn’t it! I need to get mine out from the greenhouse as they’re almost fully grown plants in seed trays at this point 🤣

@kez001uk I-m early planting those 2 out Kez; but as I'd put quite a few seeds in each tray I didn't want to leave it too long. Last year they were fine but I left them until they were biggish 😊😊

@kez001uk I've got someone at home who can send me a pic or 2. I just hope I can get some more seedlings out before I go. I keep checking and, I think there-ll be some trays that I can get in the garden 😊😊

@kez001uk Oh no Kez I thought we were through with frosts. So sorry to hear that we don't want to lose our plants. Whereabouts are you? I'm near Wakefield and Leeds. I might even go down to look at my Senetti 💜and the same might might have happened to mine. This pic was yst day which was super sunny. It's Dull today 😕

I know what you mean. I was obsessed with echiums a few years ago, but the novelty wore off. Now it's Euphorbias! Then there are other groups of plants I've never really got excited about, such as cacti & succulents.

@jeatacake I agree with you on Succulents. Some super flowering ones I've seen on here; but they don't have that something. Poppies are a passion and most plants/flowers too!😃😃❤
