Ok so I have to admit that I try not to post plants that haven’t been established because there’s always a chance they’ll die without much fanfare. That’s also why I’ll periodically post like 20 photos in a row because I’ll snap pictures over months and when I’m confident enough in its growth I’ll post them all at once. I want to have a more accurate record of progress photos though so I’ll try better to keep up to date, even with seedlings and new acquisitions.
If you feel like maintaining two apps, maybe try Plant Collector. I have waaaaaaayyyyy more of my collection documented on there bc I feel like that app is better for reference documentation. You can be as fastidious as you do or don't want to be, organize it however you want, and you don't feel like everything is on display for the world (although there is the option of looking at other ppl's stuff and chatting with them).
